The peak shape was developed as an evolution of the more traditional triangular pyramid shaped acoustic tiles, the more curved profile presents more surface area to interact with the soundwaves.
The pyramid option is cut in the familiar peaks and troughs and can complement a more traditional studio aesthetic. The tapering points work well to absorb the unwanted higher frequencies, while the thicker end of the pyramid still provides substance to dampen lower frequency noise.
The advantage of these tiles over our extra thick version is that they are move flexible, and can be contoured more easily around corners, the lower profile also means that they physically take up less space in the room.
This 24 pack contains 24 individual tiles that can be arranged and used however you would like. Coverage per pack is 2.16m2. Usage calculator here.
